TELLING OUR CREATIVE STORIES

Over the past 25 years, I have worked with some of the most progressive institutions in the Bay Area including Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, di Rosa in Napa, Bedford Gallery in Walnut Creek, Berkeley Art Center, and Sonoma Valley Museum of Art in Sonoma. As a consultant to nonprofits and commercial galleries, I support the active regional arts community. I specialize in writing marketing material, coordinating exhibitions, branding, and fundraising. Currently I am cultivating cross-cultural artistic exchanges between Japan and Mexico.

My work is grounded in building meaningful relationships between artists, collectors, and communities, creating opportunities for dialogue that extend beyond the gallery walls. Whether developing a compelling curatorial vision or shaping the narrative around a project, I aim to position organizations and artists for long-term impact and visibility. At the heart of my practice is a belief that art fosters connection, understanding, and shared cultural vitality.

COME GO WITH ME

After photography, travel is my greatest passion. Every new destination invites me to observe more closely, participate more fully, and cherish the subtle and profound differences that shape cultures around the world. Travel fuels both my creative practice and my curatorial vision; it sharpens my eye, deepens my empathy, and continually reminds me of the shared human threads that connect us across geography.

I have written articles on many of my favorite places, highlighting art scenes, local traditions, and meaningful encounters that might otherwise go unnoticed. Recently, I completed my first booklet, Artist’s Guide to Tokyo, a thoughtfully curated resource filled with insider tips on museums, galleries, neighborhoods, food, and cultural experiences. Designed for creatives and culturally curious travelers alike, it encourages readers to move beyond the expected and discover Tokyo through an artistic lens.
